Proof of current vaccinations must be provided at check-in, either by bringing records or having your veterinarian send them directly. Pets must be at least 12 weeks old and have received required vaccinations, including Rabies, DAPP (minimum two rounds), and Bordetella for dogs, and Rabies and FVRCP for cats. While the canine influenza vaccine is not required, it is recommended to consult your veterinarian based on your dog’s lifestyle.

Pets must be healthy and free of contagious illnesses or recent symptoms such as coughing or diarrhea. Pets with certain medical or behavioral conditions are not accepted, including pregnancy or recent postpartum status, heartworm positivity, chronic conditions (such as Addison’s, Cushing’s, diabetes, or dementia), feline leukemia or FIV in cats, or aggressive behavior toward people or other animals.

Pets with injuries (such as open wounds, casts, or sutures), mobility limitations, or those requiring injectable medications, hormone treatments, or recent cancer treatments (within 14 days) are also not permitted. All pets must be able to stand and walk on their own and be up to date on vaccinations prior to their visit.
