– Grooming Agreement: Must be signed and submitted to info@pawspardisefl.com before the appointment.
– Vaccinations Required: Dogs must have current Rabies, Distemper, Parvovirus, Bordetella, and Canine Influenza vaccinations.
– Behavior Disclosure: Owners must inform staff if a dog has ever bitten, shows aggression toward people or other dogs, or reacts aggressively to grooming procedures. A muzzle may be used when necessary to ensure the safety of the dog and groomer.
– Parasite Treatment: An additional fee applies if fleas or ticks are discovered and require treatment during grooming.
– Late Pick-Up: Dogs not collected by closing will incur a $75 overnight boarding fee per night.
– No-Show / Late Cancellation: A $20 fee per dog will be charged for missed appointments or last-minute cancellations.
