Cats and dogs weighing up to 55 pounds are allowed, with a maximum of two indoor pets per apartment. Exotic animals are not permitted. A non-refundable pet fee of $400 applies to the first pet, and $100 for each additional pet, with a monthly pet rent of $25 per animal.
Breed Restrictions include:
Akita, Alaskan Malamute, American Bulldog, American Pit Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chinese Shar-Pei, Dalmatian, Doberman Pinscher, Presa Canario, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Siberian Husky, Staffordshire Terrier, Chow, German Shepherd, and any mixes thereof.
