Welcome to Bark Beach, the ultimate seaside playground for pups and their people! Tucked between 80th and 81st Streets, just east of North Beach Oceanside Park with entry at Collins Avenue and 81st Street, this is Miami Beach’s only off leash dog beach. Here, furry friends can dig in the sand, splash in the waves, and make new canine buddies, while owners relax and soak up the ocean breeze. Clean, well maintained, and designed for safe fun, Bark Beach is the perfect spot for a tail wagging day by the sea.

– Leash required outside the designated area; owners must carry a leash while inside Bark Beach
– Owners must clean up waste immediately
– Dogs must not disturb others (e.g., excessive barking or disruptive behavior)
– Owners assume full responsibility and liability for their dog’s actions and must indemnify the City for any injuries or property damage
– Female dogs in heat, aggressive dogs, or dogs without current vaccinations are not permitted
– Dogs may not dig in the sand
– Dogs must wear a collar with a current rabies tag at all times
– Limit of two dogs per owner
Notice
– The exclusive dog-friendly shoreline is found east of North Beach Oceanside Park, stretching from 80th to 81st Street, with access provided at Collins Avenue and 81st Street.
– All other city beaches remain off-limits to dogs, making this Bark Beach the only approved spot for canine beach visits.
